Privacy Policy — Chair Throw

Last updated: 10 August 2026

This policy explains what happens to your information when you play Chair Throw (package com.mj4410.chairthrow), published by MJ4410 ("we", "us").

The short version: we do not run any servers and we hold no personal information about you. We never create an account for you and we never ask for your name, email or any other detail. Your progress is stored on your own device, and — only if you choose to sign in to Google Play Games — backed up to your own Google account so it survives reinstalling. Everything that leaves your phone goes to Google, not to us.

1. Information stored on your device

The game saves the following locally, using Android's standard app storage. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and it is deleted when you uninstall the game:

2. Cloud save — Google Play Games (optional)

Chair Throw can back your progress up to Google Play Games so that it survives reinstalling the game or moving to a new phone. This is entirely optional. If you decline the sign-in prompt, have no Play Games account, or are offline, the game works exactly as before with your progress stored only on this device — nothing is restricted and nothing is hidden behind signing in.

If you do sign in:

You can turn this off at any time by signing out in the Google Play Games app, and you can delete the saved data there too — see section 7.

3. Advertising — Google AdMob

Chair Throw shows a banner on the menu screen and an optional rewarded video that you may choose to watch to continue a run. These are served by Google AdMob. AdMob is an independent controller of the data it collects, and it may collect and process:

We never receive this data. It is used by Google to select, deliver, measure and — where you have consented — personalise advertising.

Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy & Terms and in the AdMob documentation.

4. In-app purchases

Coin packs are sold through Google Play's billing system. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play — we never see or store your card details, billing address, or any other payment information. The game receives only a confirmation that a specific coin pack was purchased, which it uses to add the coins to your local balance.

Purchases are governed by Google's Privacy Policy and the Google Play Terms of Service. Refunds are handled by Google Play.

6. Children

Chair Throw is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through this app, contact us at the address below and we will act on it.

7. Data retention and deletion

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. You can remove everything the game has stored yourself:

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR (EEA/UK), the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), or similar laws — including access, correction, deletion and objection. As we hold no personal data, requests about advertising data should be directed to Google. You are welcome to contact us and we will help you route the request.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "last updated" date. Material changes affecting how data is handled will also be noted in the app's store listing.
